The First Kicks program is the perfect introduction to football for our 4-5-year-old players!
Running on Monday afternoons during Term 2 (TBC), these sessions focus on making football fun and engaging while helping young players develop basic skills in a supportive environment.
Led by experienced club coaches and supported by enthusiastic parent helpers, each session begins with a fun and interactive warm-up, filled with games designed to build confidence and coordination. Players then split into 4-a-side teams for mini-games, where they get to experience the excitement of playing while learning the fundamentals of teamwork and sportsmanship.
With a strong emphasis on fun, movement, and participation, First Kicks is a fantastic way for young children to develop a love for football while making new friends and staying active!

Led by experienced club coaches and supported by enthusiastic parent helpers, each session starts with a lively group warm-up featuring interactive drills and mini-games. After warming up, players are divided into 4 or 5-a-side teams to play a 3 12-minute matches against other teams, giving them plenty of opportunities to enjoy the game and grow their confidence on the field.
